Our Board
I worked 25 years as a tax attorney specializing in estate planning and income taxes. Shortly after moving to Cedar City and building our home here in Northridge I retired from being a tax attorney. I took 5 months off and hiked the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. Upon my return, I studied for and got my realtors license. Currently I work for ERA realty center.

Hi neighbors! I’m Kim Corry, and I’m invested in helping our community thrive. My wife and I built here and have called our community home since 2006. We raised our six children here, the youngest of whom is headed off to college in August. I’m an entrepreneur with a background in sales, negotiation, and project management—but more importantly, I care deeply about people, communication, and getting things done the right way.
My degree is in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from BYU–Hawaii, with minors in Communication and Dutch. I’m known for bridging cultural gaps and fostering strong relationships through a people-first strategy, earning a reputation for reliability and trust worthiness. Over the years, I’ve started and run a few businesses, and through it all, I’ve learned how to listen, lead with fairness, and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
I believe strong communities are built on trust, respect, and a shared sense of purpose. I’m here to help bridge gaps, look out for our neighborhood’s best interests, and make our community a desirable place to live. I’m also a big believer in putting people first, starting with my own family and extending that care to the place we all call home.
