About Northridge at Cross Hollow Hills


Within the Cross Hollow Hills Subdivision there are two home owner associations. As you can see in the figure that our home owner association, Northridge @ Cross Hollow Hills Subdivision lies to the north of the Subdivision. Our sister homer owner association, Cross Hollow Hills Community Association lies to the south. Both home owner associations operate by separate governing documents (CC&Rs & Bylaws).

About Cedar City
Cedar City is the largest city in Iron County, Utah, United States. Located 250 miles (400 km) south of Salt Lake City, it is 170 miles (270 km) north of Las Vegas on Interstate 15. Its elevation is 5,800 feet above sea level, and it lies in a semi-arid part of the state with 10,000-foot mountains to the east and a vast desert area to the west. Southern Utah University is located in Cedar City. It is the home of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, the Utah Summer Games, the Simon Fest Theatre Co., and other events. As of the 2023 census the city had a population of 39,942, and Iron County population of 64,211.

Cedar City hosts a plethora of outdoor activities. For hikers and sightseers wanting to explorenearby National Parks; Zion national Park lies south approximately 58 milesaway, Dixie National Forest 109 miles northeast, Fishlake national Park to thenorth 121 miles, Grand Staircase – Escalante National Park to the east 130miles, Capital Reef National Park 165 miles northeast. For those skiiers Brian Head Ski Resort is 33miles away. Within Iron County, Three Peaks Recreational Area is 11 miles northwest, which has opportunities for nearby camping, ATVing, hiking, and has a hand gun/rifle range.
